Arkhe is an Ankara-based house that unites architecture, engineering consultancy and construction contracting in a single structure, built on three decades of civil engineering and project-management practice across five countries.
In large projects the heaviest risk is the communication gap between disconnected subcontractors and separated engineering disciplines. Arkhe delivers the building, the restoration, the road, the bridge and the water structure under one accountable organisation.
Arkhe is not promising to arrive in Libya — it is producing work there today. Project management continues on the Al-Fataih – Martouba corridor; the Benghazi University Central Library has been handed over.
Direct experience of local logistics, procurement, workforce coordination and authority standards is what distinguishes the work in Libya. Work continues on establishing an integrated technical services structure with Benghazi-based local partners.
